Worst experience ever. Today was delivery day. I wait the 4 hour window. My furniture arrives. I ordered a sectional. Right arm sofa and a left arm sofa. They bring two left arm sofas. They acknowledge the mistake. They tell me to call Customer service. I call - my add on request was declined by the delivery manager. I now have to wait until Monday to get the right arm sofa that I need to complete my sectional. I would like to add that I ordered my furniture a month ago!!! They had a month to make sure that on delivery day the right thing was done!!!!! I'm beyond livid. Moved into my new apartment home, have half a sofa to sit on.... can't really get everything organized exactly the way I want to because I have HALF OF A COUCH!!! Do you think anyone cared at all? No. I've already paid so service goes out the window!!!!!
