  • Almost ruined a birthday. Staff is unkind. Called to say I would be 10 min late, staff says ok. We end up 13 min late, they gave away our big room without feeling bad . After much arguing and them not giving a single schitt, we just left. We walked 5 min and went to LA MUSE, had a great time Thanks for nothing K Karaoke
