  • Our neighbor, who's very protective of her dogs, making sure the grooming experience is positive for them recommended this facility. When I called, Pam was super accommodating and was able to get my daughters Lucy dog in quickly, no problem. She asked smart questions about our dogs socialization traits because hers is an environment which allows them more cageless freedom. Lucy looked beautiful after and was very calm when we picked her up and it's obvious she's a very caring groomer who knows what she's doing. Pam will be our go to for dog grooming here in BC from now on.
