Smoky, smoky, smoky. Most everything here had lots of smoky flavor. It worked for the brisket and ribs which were decent. The meatloaf tasted like someone had put it right on an open flame. I usually prefer somewhat of a sweetness to my bbq, but if you're looking for this, then this is not your place. The bbq chicken was good though. The Poutine would probably be the only reason for me to come back here. It was made with fingerling potatoes smothered in brisket gravy and cheese! Deliciosio!!!! The only other side we had were the greens and they were done really well. Not the best bbq, but if you like a hickory smoke flavor then this would be your place.
