Core fitness is small studio gym with group classes and personal training sessions. What I love about Core fitness is that it is never, ever crowded (group classes cap at 5 people), and you get a lot of personal attention for the trainers. I'm a bit self-conscious (I think everyone trying to lose weight is!) so it's great to know there aren't people looking at you or anyone intimidating around. The trainers are kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and never pressure you to do anything you're not comfortable with. They are willing to work with your schedule and have lots of different programs and specials. 5 stars!
