To believe that I had to be dragged to go to this... I was not looking forward to throwing axes to be honest.
I had this idea in my head where I wasn't looking forward to sore arms, tripping over myself, or dropping the axes in bad places.
LUCKILY, I take all that back. Closed toe shoes people! Don't forget that!
The staff was great. They're friendly, passionate, and kept us safe. You can definitely tell the excitement in the staff when they teach you how to properly throw the axes.
There was a groupon for this place so I bought the two people one (with much pressure -_-) and came with a group of I believe 10 of us? This place was pretty big so they were able to easily accommodate us! I'm glad I came.
One of my friends within our group ended up renting knives too. I enjoyed throwing the knives a bit more than the axes. I was getting sore but my aim was much better than throwing axes. I believe you require a bit more force when it comes to throwing axes.
It was a really fun experience and I do believe that it would be great for group parties. Would I come again? Heck yes!
