  • Tried a new business but was not impressed. Expensive. Bad communication. Left voicemail in Spanish. Weird hours. Shop is messy and cramped. His customer forms are done in Windows XP for some stupid reason. Automatic $75 charge to diagnose issues and he manages to spend it all. Then doubles it without authorization if repair. If you don't get immediately he calls and threatens to sell your property. I'm considering a better business complaint because this place is so terrible. Do yourself a favor and find another repair shop.
