  • Been using this company for 5 years..we had my daughters 4th birthday today and the one thing she wanted was the bounce house. I was told they would be here by 1 for my 2pm party. I sent a text at 1:15 and was told they would check on the status of the delivery guys. I heard nothing and they never showed. Thanks for teaching my 4 year old customer service no longer exists. Don't let this company break your toddlers heart.
