  • Purse department is horrible. They're rude and pushy. Definitely worth the trip to the Scottsdale Nordstroms if you want any customer service. On the other hand, the sales people in the kid's shoe department are amazing. They take their time to get all the styles and sizes the kids want to try on. We go there regularly for our 3 kids shoes and always get great service.
