Great to have a source for 49th Parallel in the NW. That's the good part. The bad part is that your baristas, including this shop's owner, don't know to grind the beans to order. Absolutely unacceptable. You have some of the best beans on offer in this country and you pre-grind them. That's why the espresso I had the last time I was there, when the owner extolled his coffee knowledge, was stale and, in a word, terrible.
Please read this review and please start grinding to order. No excuse for barista malpractice, and pregrinding is one of the very worst things you can do to espresso.
