  • Poor quality of food My experience was really bad at mandarin's Brampton location because I found plastic string kinda thing in my kelp salad. It was the same color of the kelp but when I took the first bite, I was able to tell that there is something wrong with it. And I endup pulling the plastic string out my mouth which was served in kelp salad. And I had to ask three times to the server to get the manager attention. The manager didn't really take it serious and told me that I will only pay half for my food. Which is not the solution to the problem. I'm really disappointed with the quality of food that they are serving.
