  • I tried to have my AC unit looked at after it started acting up, making loud noises, and it was unable to keep my house cool. I called Integrity AC hoping to have it looked at in the near future. The owner asked me to wait for my AC unit to break before he'd be willing to look at it, which will end up costing me much more money and make him a ton. Dirty business ethics from this company. I found another company who is actually willing to help someone before the problem gets worse and extremely expensive.
