  • I will be writing this review from the point of view of a sales experience at this venue. Pretty good customer service although a tad pushy, however all-in-all quite honest. They had a CSX that I really liked. They tried "lowering" the price and increasing how much they'd be willing to give me for my trade-in and in the end they said they'd give me extended warranty for no additional cost, adding value to my purchase. I ended up taking m'lady to look at the car the next day, after they called me for an update to see if I was still interested in the car and I missed their call. She noticed a few things on the body of the car that seemed a bit off, making it seem like it could've been in an accident. The mileage was rather low and as was the age of the car, but the price more or less matched the two. They were honest about changing the tail light of the vehicle, and even when selling me the extended warranty, they mentioned one of the main things that would be of concern for me that most likely wouldn't be covered assuming I started having similar minor issues to the type I've been having with my older CSX. The next day the dealer I initially spoke to called me to advised me that the vehicle had gotten sold, and considering what m'lady noticed on the vehicle, I didn't regret missing the sale too much. I did however appreciate her calling me to let me know that there was no point in returning to see the vehicle again since it was no longer for sale. So all-in-all, if it came to purchasing a vehicle, I really wouldn't mind getting one from them in the future if the right used vehicle comes along in their inventory :-)
