I purchased a ticket online and i wasnt able to print out the ticket because something went wrong with the link. I was then pressed for time and ran down to the bus station where i had the ticket on my phone, showed the woman at the desk and she said that she cant print it out for me, and re-directed me to a print shop across the street. Which was closed. I went to FED ex kinkos, they didnt have Adobe 8 to print it out (come on KINKOS), i went to my third print shop, which was also closed. I came back to the GREYHOUND terminal which they said there was nothing they could do, but sell me another ticket. I had to purchase a second ticket to get back to NYC. What if i spent my last dollar on my first ticket? would i be stuck in Toronto?
When i got home i spent 1 hr and 15 mins and several phone calls trying to get my refund. They claim its because i purchased it on an american greyhound site thats why they couldnt print it out for me. Meanwhile my departure city was Toronto. Are you kidding me? Now it will take 2 months for my refund. Grey hound, you are a disgrace. I will never ever ever ever ever ever take you again. I will never recommend you to anyone. I would rather pay people to not take your busline.
Oh and to top things off, i got crammed beside a person who was sick. Now guess who is sick? Thank you. Grey Hound. Just as a final thought. I have never complained about anyting like this in my life and have never gone to such an extent, but holy shit you suck. So congratulations on being the first.
