  • Terrible home builders. I closed 6 months ago and still have issues that were promised to be corrected and have not been. Every time it rains my office floor gets wet. Now, the wall paint is bubbling and starting to peel. Have been asking for touch up paint for over 2 months. All I get are empty promises and excuses. I have spent countless hours and days to accommodate repairs including 2 re installments of kitchen back splash, 5 visits for air conditioning, 4 visits for tub repair, 6 visits for leaking french doors, numerous visits for electricians and plumbers, etc. PLUS they charged me an extra $10,000 for "View lot," that has no view now. Buying from RA has been the most stressful experience in my life. Be fore warned.
