I'd always wanted to take a belly dance class, and I even went to the grand opening of Queens of D'Nile, but it was another year before I actually went to a class. From the very beginning, it was a comfortable place with friendly instructors. When you take a class at Queens of D'Nile, you don't only learn belly dance--you also learn history of the art form. I can't explain exactly how it happens, but if you keep taking classes, you suddenly realize you can do it, and the amount of body confidence that goes along with learning to dance is invaluable. It's not just a dance studio, it's a welcoming community.
