  • I have visited this nail salon several times; every time trying different level of services and options...and always walked out with mixed feelings. A few members of staff were very welcoming and made you feel like they are glad you're there. Others...not so much. I always felt that some of them were talking poorly about their clients as they worked, but without proof, I just decided to let it go. I had moments when I felt rushed, or that I was a "bother", even though I always tried to be upbeat, kind, and tip generously. I've walked out with cuts on my fingers and toes from them cutting too close on my cuticles or nails, bubbled or bumpy polish, and sometimes unevenly filed nails, but again, I just accepted that sometimes "things happen". Needless to say, I gave the place more than fighting chance to be my "go-to" spot. What finally did me in was their lack of sterilized equipment (especially the cutting and callus removal tools), and that underlying feeling that several of them loath their clients. It's really a shame...I wanted to like them, but I will not be back.
