  • this review is directly because of a lady named Maja. I usually go to the Eastern Location, but I needed my new glasses adjusted. The first time I went, she argued with me that they couldn't be adjusted because they were plastic... this is false but she released some of the pressure from my head on my first pair, at least until I had time to go to my location to get them properly done. The second time I came in with the same pair but a duplicate pair to get them loosened a bit because it was really hurting me. She argued with me and bent my glasses all around. She then proceeded to heat it up and had attitude and made me out it on. She kept arguing with me saying that they can't be adjusted and was rude and sarcastic asking if it was better. SHE DID NOT COOL THE ARM OF MY GLASSES AT ALL BEFORE HANDING IT TO ME AND IT BURNED MY EAR. I GOT UP. took both my glasses and said this was horrible service, you burned me. She asked if I wanted a tissue? WHAT IS THAT GOING TO DO!? I got up and left. My ear is red and burning now because of you. MAJA your customer service and attitude is awful. I gave you two chances. You are so rude. Eastern location is the best. Ask for Aaron V. He will accommodate all your needs.
