Traded in my Jeep for a new Mustang GT. Purchase was smooth but after support is terrible and pretty much nonexistent. Vehicle has many panel alignment issues that they won't fix as they are claiming they are 'within spec'. Part of the purchase agreement was the alignments being done but they aren't. When told by the body shop manager that 3-5mm gaps are ok is terrible. Mid claims process with Ford regionally. Why should you buy from a dealer that won't take care of you after. To not have a straight line on a $40k+ car is completely unacceptable.
Edit:
Mid claims process with Ford regional as they refused to do anything. Second dealership said its very fixable, Gaudin's shop was just lazy, and waiting approval on the work. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
2nd Edit:
Had the work done at Friendly Ford and they actually appreciated the business. Gaudin then refused to return messages to service, managers and the GM via email and phone. Apparently the little guy doesn't matter to them. Save yourself the hassle and go to a dealer that cares about you after purchase. Because Gaudin certainly doesn't. Already steered 3 others into Ford purchases at other dealers and taken my service and their service needs there as well.
