  • Even though the customer service was solid, I'm rating it at a 2 because the chicken was that bad. 5 stars for customer service -friendly -attentive -welcoming 1 star for chicken Not sure if I had a bad batch but it was the worst fried chicken I've had. It was flavorless and uninspired. The gravy was lacking seasoning as well.
