  • From the outside the store can look overwhelming, as they have very high shelves, but the books are very well organized and cover any topic you could think of. I can't comment on the customer service personally other than I get a quick hello when entering, but I don't really care. Judging by the help I saw someone else receive, the staff seem very knowledgable. Besides, I like to be left alone to wander the shelves, and I never get the feeling I'm stayed too long. I once sat there on a Saturday and read half a book without being given the stink eye once.
