  • If you're checking out reviews before buying a living social or groupon, be warned that it's impossible to make an appointment. No one answers the phone. Ever. And they rarely return phone messages. I know two people whose vouchers expired because they just couldn't get an appointment. I like to support local business, but that's just poor customer service.
