  • This company was sent by AHS. The technician came out, went in the attic to check for leaks since I felt the unit was not working efficiently. He confirmed no leaks and checked the unit. He then went out telling me that I probably needed between 1 and 3 pounds of freon. I trusted him but listened at a window close to the unit and overheard him on his cell phone telling someone, "She's bitching about the price." When he came back in to be paid he said he needed to add 6 pounds. Really? It's working, thankfully, but I really didn't care for the attitude. Will inform AHS.
