  • So we have unfortunately had to hire Advantage Inspection Service twice now since Curtis was so thorough on our first home we made an offer on. 108 reasons not to buy the house later, we decided to pull our offer. Thanks to Curtis for being so attentive or else we would have bought a money pit. We used them again today for the second home we are trying to purchase and it definitely looks up for us! For anyone that is looking to buy an older, historic home, use Curtis. He knows exactly what he is doing, is very thorough and does an excellent job explaining everything to us lay-persons.
