  • This is your basic pool cleaning service. At first it was good and then it went downhill. Don't expect much in the form of credible advice on how to keep your pool in tip top shape. After a part froze last year I contacted All Star in October to see if there was anything I should do this winter and was told "no...just let the pump work" turns out my PH sensor MUST be winterized...another $600 expense. They also suggested I change my salt cell after a year. I called an expert at saltpoolguys.com who suggested all I needed was a cable. Problem solved. Again, the did ok cleaning--except in the fall when net was on, but for all the money I paid every month, I would have expected more. They are no longer my pool company.
