  • Considering the couches run around $6K, I would have expected much more. My husband and I were here several times looking at the pieces before we ultimately ordered online. The employees here seem to be very knowledgeable, but not very flexible or accommodating. We ended up ordering online due to this store not honoring a 5% off coupon directly from Lovesac. Also, buyer beware, unless you live in Scottsdale, ordering online will save you hundreds in taxes because the retail tax in Scottsdale is higher than most. We had some issues with the online order and delivery and their customer service was very poor as well. Their customer service department is a one woman shop, Sharon, and she is not very friendly or helpful. Overall I would not recommend this store or Lovesac in general, mostly because they are so pricey with poor customer service.
