  • This is a small ramen shop run by a husband and wife. I spoke to the chef and he hails from southern japan and sought to bring this flavour to his shop. I have had ramen in several cities in Japan and this tastes authentic to me. I did not find it too salty which is sometimes an issue. I had the beef entree and the tofu entree as well and my wife and I really enjoyed the meal and thought about our visit to Japan!
