| - Let me start with what you really want to know. Yes, Ship My Orders is the only fulfillment company that you should hire as your shipping partner. Take it from somebody that has been in business since 1999 and gone through more shipping facilities than I even want to remember....from smaller, family-run operations to the largest in the country. If I could give them more than 5 Stars, I would, without hesitation.
Here's why...
Customer Service:
Straight up excellence on every level, no matter who you are dealing with. When you interact with SMO, from the initial inquiry to the set-up process and any questions or issues you have once the account is up and running, you can bank on timely, thorough, friendly (imagine that!) communication. It obviously starts at the top with David, Diana and Heather and trickles down to everyone I have ever dealt with here. Every, single, time! Misty, Jennifer and Rachel are the best CS reps I've worked with....always solution-focused and great at what they do.
Shipping:
It's awesome that everyone is efficient and friendly, but if the packages aren't being shipped accurately and on time your customers will be livid and you might as well invest in whatever company makes your favorite headache medicine. Check and check. Not only have they been virtually flawless (pun intended), but they send your customers tracking automatically and I haven't had a single package miss a deadline or be sent the wrong way.
Technology:
I see you Luis! I am not a tech wizard but thankfully they are. Everything is automated from pulling orders down from our various selling platforms and websites, fully customized packing materials and tracking emails, a website portal that absolutely kicks ass where you can see real time orders, inventory and tracking 24/7 to automatically uploading tracking directly to various seller platforms. Just think about that for a minute. Once you get everything set up properly you will have nothing to do manually when it comes to fulfillment. And Denise will work tirelessly (and with a smile) to make sure that your account is perfect when you flip the switch....she's exceptional.
Pricing:
The most reasonable rates I've found in almost two decades in business and the billing is as utterly transparent as it gets. No surprise charges like you get with a lot of other companies. And when you consider the service and technology you have access to at SMO you might want to check into getting therapy if you decide to go somewhere else.
Bottom Line:
As a business owner, you want a fulfillment house that allows you to basically forget about fulfillment and let you aggressively focus on marketing, customer service, product development etc. You also want to feel comfortable growing your business without concern or fear that significantly increasing your volume and sales will cause you a ton of customer service problems because shipments are not going out correctly and on time, every day. I can tell you with 100% confidence that SMO is the fulfillment partner that lets me focus on what drives the business while they handle the rest. And that confidence and support is priceless in this industry.
