  • What a surprise Ollie Vaughns is for the location! We stopped in for an early lunch on the way from Phoenix to Vegas and glad we did. The Cuban sandwich, just get it! Mmmm, it was fantastic, really a great version with the pork, chili verde and ham. Husband and son had the Club, it was kind of boring, lots better options available! My daughter had the Ricotta Pancakes and said they were the best pancakes she has ever had. That is high praise from a girl who eats a lot of waffles and pancakes. The only downside happened when I spilled my water. No one behind the counter offered to help. Finally I asked for a rag, and the one they handed me can best be described as filthy, and that's being generous. It soaked up the water on my table and then I used some napkins but the floor remained wet and no one ever came out to mop it or wipe it during our visit.
