  • Will never shop a Toys R Us again. Including online. No reason an unopened item with receipt takes 15 minutes to return. Also, invade the customer's privacy a little more asking for their number why don't ya? Great, you have their number, let's text & call them to inquire more about their awful experience. Literally everything carried by this store can be found cheaper anywhere else with 10x the customer experience.
