  • Used Eco once before and dealt with Luiz, gave 5 stars and they were awesome! Called again for cleaning of new house carpet and move out clean for old house. Luiz was out of the country and dealt with Mike (I believe) this time. He text 15 minutes before scheduled time that he was having trouble with the machine and he could come the next day. That time didn't work and we had asked for this time slot so we could get moved in starting the next day. Mike said he was on his way to the shop to fix the machine right then and I asked if he could come after it was fixed since this day was important and we make work arrangements to be home at that time. He never text back or responded again after that. Don't waste your time until owner comes back, very flaky. We used carpet monkeys, they came right away, on time and even cheaper!
