  • I had guests that stayed here from out of town and we rented 2 of the complex bungalows for them to stay...It was a great experience. The staff inside the rental office were very helpful and nice to us during our stay. The 1-bedroom apartments are really cute and quiet. It is an older complex so it will not have the new-ish, modern feel but you can tell work was put in to the complex to make it look nice. The guests we had from out of town loved the space and that it had a kitchen inside so they could pick up snacks and food they liked while staying in Phoenix. I would recommend this place and would rent these spaces for guests in the future.
