  • These guys were dispatched by my Home Warranty company and there is a good reason their reviews have averaged them to 5 stars! They are definitely engaged in customer first thinking and are friendly at all levels. Their tech was knowledgeable and solution oriented. He found that my washers transmission had busted and let me know the warranty company will get back to me with a decision of repair or replacement. He couldn't just make the decision to fix it bc repair and replace in this case were essentially the same c Previously, my home warranty had dispatched ABM Appliance and Repair. Their tech did not help me at all and claimed my issues were not mechanical so he won't do anything. He left and didn't say anything to me. The receptionist at their office backed up his apparent findings and told my home warranty they won't be doing anything. I asked for a recall to the problem and they refused so American Home Shield, my home warranty company who deserves 5 stars, sent Elite Pro instead. Which I couldn't be any happier about!
