The hospital has horrible benefits department. My dad has been sick with uncontrollable diarrhea. The employee of the Benefits department came a day after my father got admitted, demanding the payment. Because of that, my dad had excreted all over the room since he couldn't leave to the bathroom since he was held back talking to the employee for long. I wonder why the hospital doesn't have just send all the bills home so we can pay it? You just keep demanding a very sick patient to pay; he could barely do anything.
Give two stars because at least the ER was quick. We only waited for 15 minutes before they called us in. Some of the nurses were nice and helpful. Erica from the D tower 4th floor (the tele) was extremely quick at everything she does and changed my dad urine often. Amina, the other nurse, waited until my dad's urine was full to change (he had a catheter) and when needed a stool sample, didn't give my dad a bowl to hold despite him asking 5 hours ago. I do not know which nurse but he asked for water 4 hours ago and never got it. Kelly from the 3rd floor A tower was also one of our favorites. She was efficient and knowledgeable at everything she does.
