  • The company does a great job in spite of people like the whiners that you see complaining here. As an air traveler, it is wise to have alternatives available so that unforeseeable or unpredictable occurrences will not cause you to be late to your destination. To the whiners: Really, people? If you can't understand the the struggles that airline personnel must endure when dealing with customers like you, or the challenges that an airline must overcome in order to have a flight arrive at its destination on time, you shouldn't be flying.
