  • Finally, a descent gun store in the Northwest. Exit I-95 at Craid Road. Head West and take a right at Tenaya. Its on the corner of the shopping center behind Walgreens. Look for the two boulders in front. They have a descent selection of guns and gear. handguns, shotguns, rifles, magazines, ammo, purses with built in holsters, etc. There was a man working in the back and a young guy with long greenish brown hair working the counter. He was patient with me as I handled the 1911s and Glocks. Their prices were reasonable (better than American Shooters). The place was not super busy, but we were not the only ones there. I over heard them tell another customer that they have been open since August 2011. They did not have a shooting range. Their website says they do consignments and offer machine guns, suppressors, and other NFA. It also says that the owners used to own Kymtec (apparently another gun store) in Mesquite for 7 years. If for no other reason than location, I will stop by again.
