I went here on Friday night with my boyfriend and my sister. We walked in and unlike a lot of the other locations I've been to, they didn't have the alarm things to walk through (or they did and I'm Queen of Oblivion). It was big and clean and the staff was helpful enough. I hadn't had a Blockbuster account (though I thought I did back in Tucson). Anyways, I opened an account with the girl at the counter and yes, it took awhile, but she was friendly and I got it done.
The one problem I did have with this location is that the movies weren't organized well. At least not in the Action or Drama categories. They were stacked instead of lined up and while they were organized by letter, they weren't necessarily alphabatized. We almost left because we didn't think they had the movie my boyfriend needed for a class assignment, but at the last second we saw it wedged between other movies that weren't alphabetized.
We'll be back, but only because its right down the street from our house.
