  • This "company" is simply here to rip off unsuspecting homeowners. We discovered a bee hive at our home and when we searched for "humane bee removal", Mountain View Pest Control came up as a sponsored company. We called and they responded quickly stating they'd be here in 30 minutes. When they arrived, they stated that it would be $500 to kill the bees in the hive. We reminded them that they advertised humane bee removal- they stated they didn't provide that service and it would be over $1000 with another company to have that taken care of. We told them that this was not what they advertised and that we were not interested, they stated it would be a $95 service charge for the visit. We told the techinicians there that we would not pay as they do not offer what they advertised they did. We called the office again to complain to which the person who answers the phone said - " you googled it you fu**ing idiot" and hung up on us. This person and their "company" should have any license they have revoked and no one should ever give this classless hack any money.
