Wow. Here it seems their motto is: " The customer is always WRONG and Dolce is always RIGHT.
So I went there to get my partial blonde highlights, and walked out with part of my hair being pretty blonde and other parts ORANGE. Now I have worked in salons for years (I'm a massage therapist) and know this happens when the timing is wrong. In other words, when the colorist doesn't know what she's doing. It was super expensive to see this colorist.
The next day I called back to get it fixed. They said it would be no charge (pretty common practice in hair salons). When I went back to her the colorist was like " oh, that orange is you natural color coming through" what a bunch of bs!!! I know a bad color job when I see one. So, she put bleach over the orange parts. Then, after I was rinsed she put in a toner. When I checked out THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE TONER. I tried to refuse but they wouldn't let me. Out of frustration I paid the 10 dollars and walked out.
My hair still looked like it was butchered, and I ended up with super blonde (not my style!) mulithued orange hair.
If you want to be treated with respect, do not go to Dolce.
Plus, everyone seems to be snooty and short
