  • I can only say the most positive things about Freedom Auto Glass. My windshield had a chip which turned into a crack and needed replacement. I put my info into their website on Thursday and received a call shortly after. After a couple quick questions, Wade talked to my insurance and called me back as a conference call with him and an insurance agent. Another couple of questions, very painless all in all. I was given an appointment for Saturday, but as I am depending on my car for my job, Wade was so nice to schedule me in for the next day. Two technicians (Mario and another guy - sorry I forgot the name) came by in the morning, were super friendly, inspected the windshield and the car and made me aware of a couple scratches. Two hours later - they had to go back to the warehouse because of a mistake I made - the work was done and I have a new windshield and $100 in cash as promised. I am more than happy with how quick and uncomplicated this all worked out and will definitely recommend them! Thanks again!
