Remote check in worked well, the rooms are ok, the beds are DEFINITELY NOT HEAVENLY. My main complaint is that I was told by the bellman that the coffee machines had been taken out of the rooms because they opened a Starbucks. So, at 5 am when I went down 23 stories to the casino to get coffee, I was told that the Starbucks does not open until 6 a.m. but I could go into the (noisy, loud) casino bar to get coffee. For four dollars I was sold a medium hot cup of coffee by a bartender who told me they should have left the coffee machines and a couple of bottles of water in each room, but his opinion "does not count" here. I then went back up 23 stories to wait for Starbucks to open and do some work. At 6 a.m. I went back down 23 stories to the Starbucks to find (and I counted) 20 people in line basically in their pajamas. After about 20 minutes I got a grande latte for about 6 dollars. The rooms are equipped with advanced technology that you need to download an app to control. I would trade all of that for 1) A comfortable bed 2) A coffee maker and 3) A couple of bottles of water.
