I am a fan of Apple and all of their products! I went into the Summerlin location to just pick up a iPad Pro Smart Cover. Unfortunately, I had to knock off 2 stars because the customer service was a bit disappointing. They did not have the Smart Cover for the pro in the color I wanted on the shelf so I had to ask a specialist if they had any in stock. The specialist that helped me had an attitude that could be sensed through his tone. Thankfully they had a case in the back and saved me from going to another location!
Throughout the entire interaction with the specialist he seemed annoyed and self entitled. When paying, he asked if we had Apple Pay. It took us a minute to open up the app and decide which card we wanted to use in which he grew impatient and commented on how we could use any card. Did not offer a bag either.
I get that it's busy, but you're also providing a service to customers. As an employee you represent the company. Thank goodness the product sells itself!
