  • My Garbage Disposal stopped working Sunday evening before Labor Day. I got on Yelp, found several plumbers and sent out emails. Several responded initially wanting more information, which I then provided. However, GMR was willing to come out the next morning, on a holiday to take a look at my disposal. Furthermore, he was willing to cut me a deal, depending on how long and what work was needed to be done. When he arrived Monday morning, he was on time, quickly fixed my disposal, showed me what was wrong, how I could fix a similar issue in the future and we were done. Prompt, courteous, and fair are great qualities for a service contractor and I'll be sure to call GMR again for my plumbing needs.
