  • I would never choose this company any more. I waited for 40 minutes and called them three times. The second time I called a staff told me that a cab was coming in 10 minutes. But when I called third time, the staff was very impatient and said there was no car in my area at that time. Finally I just cancelled that service. That was a waste of time to wait for a bus so long time. Plus staff's attitudes made me very unhappy.
