rev:text	Now it might seem as though I'm highly favorable of most places, as my reviews are usually 3 or above. That my friends is untrue. I am quite picky but adore great customer service and a terrific meal and giving the compliments were deserved. Which brings us to this evenings dinner @ The Buffet located inside Aria Resort. I will explain that my first two plates were full of crab legs ( meat plump and moist... And warm ).. Melted butter straight from some amazing hot butter stirring machine.. fresh wedges of lemon line my plate as I salivate. My only complaint is that I don't have the skills to carry as many plates as I truly needed. Crab legs in hand, I manage to grab a stainless steel bowl of delicious shrimp and grits, a fish taco and proceed to walk. I couldn't eat fast enough and truly got primal on these crusteans. Absolutely no shame in my game as I refuse to give in to a silly crab shell .. they have crackers but not the handy slicer to ease the pain of getting to the gold which is that meat! Before I tapped out I managed to rally a delightful slice of prime rib with my choice or both ( thank you baby Jesus ) creamy and straight horseradish. Awesomeness in my mouth... Nose hair burning good. The only thing I didn't like was my bloody mary but who cares.... No matter. My favorite part of this experience? As I shovel my face full of this amazingness, butter shamelessly dripping from my hands, there is NOT one bit of seafood odor... Sold best buffet so far. I highly recommend the seafood and steak, but if they can master those, pretty sure the salad/dessert/Mediterranean/and all other options should be superb. I ate too fast to take photos... That good.
