The hotel is centrally located downtown and is very handy to transport and entertainment. Being a HHonors member we were upgraded to a larger room. The room was well equipped with a fridge, a decent sized safe, ironing board and iron and all the other usual amenities like water, coffee making facilities etc. The breakfast was good with a selection of pastries, fruit and hot cooked bacon, sausages and eggs. I liked the laundry facilities as we were able to do our own washing. The only drawback was when I encountered a rude staff who abruptly told me, at 9:00 am that they had runned out of change for the laundry machines. I was lucky when a manager noticed my dilemma and promptly, got me the change and soap powder. Thank you for the service. The Executive Chef Raymond Cheung was also very nice, you see him at breakfast milling among the guests enquiring about their needs. Wifi is free. I recommend this hotel and will be back if I visit Toronto again.
