  • I come here all the time because the happy hour is so great! The reason I give this location only 3 stars is due to their waitress Monique. Every single time she serves my party, she is nothing but rude. She moves very slow and clearly does not care about her guests. She never ever smiles, but is usually very nice at the end when she is dropping off the check (probably because she wants a good tip). We have complained time and time again about her attitude and service but clearly nothing has changed. Most recently, we had received our edamame last, and when we asked her if she forgot about it, she replied with "do you want me to print out the ticket and show you the ticket time?" in the rudest tone ever. We were with some of the head people at one of the upscale restaurants in Old Town and they were absolutely mortified by her behavior and service. However, the only reason this location is getting more than 1 or 2 stars is because of 3 people that make our experience worth it! Matt is the best server we have ever had. He is extremely personable and genuinely cares about his guests. Additionally, one of the sushi chefs (can't remember his name but he talks about going to Alaska in the summers) is one of our favorite people! He is so happy and always holds great conversation. Lastly, the waitress named Gwenivere is also more than sweet. She always remembers us and is very attentive and friendly. If this location were to get rid of Monique, it would definitely receive 5 stars.
