I came to Wells Fargo with my Dad to address two issues. Our total time there: 1 hour. We sat down and explained our issue... a minute later, solution in progress! We had the most amazing experience courtesy of Sean V. He listened to what we had to say and came up with a couple of possible solutions. He was lightning fast in running numbers, trying to find the best outcome for my Dad. I told him we had to get Dad to a doctor appointment, he said no problem and told us to go and come back, he would have our paperwork ready for us. An hour and a half later we walked back into the bank and signed some papers. Dad's issues resolved. So quickly! Sean made it seem so easy.
Sean literally improved the quality of my Dad's life with his resolution! I was so happy with the experience, we spoke to the super nice manager Ms. Barbara H. and let her know what a great experience it was from start to finish.
Too many businesses ignore the importance of customer service. Not this Wells Fargo branch. They treated us like friends helping friends.
