The mattress is great but sadly, the customer service is lacking. The store manager forgot to have the frame put on the truck. The delivery guys said our existing frame couldn't be used for the new bed due to a size difference. I called the manager. He told us our only choice was to either pick up the frame at the store ourselves, and set up it ourselves or wait two days and it would be delivered and set up. Since my wife has mobility issues, I went to the store, got the frame, and asked that it be comped since we would not be getting the free set up as advertised. The manager said that would not be possible. When I got it home, I paid a landscaper to do it. Both of us are past 70. By comparison, when we bought our last bed and the headboard was not on the truck, the manager of the local store (not Brooklyn Bedding), stopped at our house on his way home, and set up the headboard which he brought with him. That's good customer service.
