  • This management company completely almost destroyed my apartment complex. I hired them to take care of the property and after two months they managed to empty half of the apartments. They have contractors to do repairs that were priced 4x times more priced than the contractors I use. They were rude, didn't return calls, when I was upset with the service they would ignore me. Especially Ron. He had helped me sign up and he made me feel like it would be a safe bet. Once I was signed up and needed help, he would no longer accept my calls. I took possession of my property and within one month of me managing it I have managed to get it completely full! They couldn't even rent one unit in 2 months! When I cancelled my contract with them because they were destroying my business. They charged me a fee of over 1000.00. THEY ALSO CHARGE ALL KINDS OF FEES THAT MAKE NO SENSE. I pay 45 dollars to file a eviction with the company NMI that I use. They charge 90. Everything they do is like this. Just double or tripped priced!!!!This is a horrible company and I would advise not to use them! I am contacting the real estate division about this situation as well. They took my money, ruined my business within a month and then disappeared.
